Derfor: brug for blu-ray - Køb en PS3 - Brug for cd afspiller - Køb en dedikeret eller en god DAC:)

Jeg kunne ikke være mere enig!

Hej

Cambridge 751 BD.

I hvertfald i stereo.

I HD kvalitet.

Oppo BDP-95

Features
High Fidelity Audio Performance:

-SABRE32 Reference Audio DAC - The DAC (Digital-to-Analog Converter) is one of the most important components for digital
audio playback. The SABRE32 Reference ES9018 from ESS Technology is the world’s best performing 32-bit audio DAC
solution targeted for high-end consumer applications and professional studio equipment. With the ESS patented 32-bit
Hyperstream™ DAC architecture and Time Domain Jitter Eliminator, the SABRE32 Reference DAC delivers an unprecedented
DNR (Dynamic Range) of up to 135dB and THD+N (Total Harmonic Distortion plus Noise) of -120dB, the industry’s highest
performance level that will satisfy even the most demanding audio enthusiast. The BDP-95 uses two ES9018 DAC chips - one
for the 7.1-channel output, and another for the dedicated stereo output.
Toroidal Power Supply - Custom designed and built by Rotel, the toroidal power transformer offers superior power efficiency
and much lower exterior magnetic field over traditional laminated steel core transformers. The BDP-95's toroidal linear power
supply provides a very clean and robust power source to the critical audio components.
Detailed and Accurate - Thanks to the high performance DAC chips, the toroidal power supply, high quality parts and
engineering, the BDP-95 offers a very detailed sound with an extremely low noise floor and distortion. You may hear details
from the music that you have missed before.
Dedicated Stereo Output - The BDP-95 features a dedicated 2-channel analog output with specially optimized ES9018 DAC
and output driving stages. Each output is driven by 4 DAC channels stacking together to achieve even greater audio
performance.
XLR Balanced Stereo Output - The stereo output offers both XLR balanced and RCA single-ended connectors. The balanced
output features a true differential signal path all the way from the DAC to the 3-pin XLR connector. By transmitting a pair of
differential signals, the balanced output provides better common-mode noise rejection and improves signal quality.
7.1-Channel Analog Output - Individual analog 7.1-channel surround outputs are ideal to connect to a 7.1-channel or 5.1-
channel surround sound system. Powered by the ES9018 SABRE32 Reference DAC, the BDP-95 delivers an incredible and
immersive multi-channel sound stage.
Digital Optical and Coaxial Outputs - For simple and easy connection to more traditional A/V receivers, the BDP-95 features
both optical and coaxial outputs for digital audio.
Dolby® TrueHD - Dolby TrueHD delivers lossless studio master quality audio designed specifically for high definition
entertainment. The BDP-95 supports bit-stream output of Dolby TrueHD via its HDMI 1.4a output. It can also internally
decode Dolby TrueHD into LPCM and output via HDMI or the 7.1ch analog audio output terminals. (Dolby Digital and Dolby
Digital Plus audio formats are also supported.).
DTS-HD Master Audio™ - DTS-HD Master Audio delivers an auditory experience that matches the lifelike images of high-
definition video with up to 7.1 channels that are bit-for-bit identical to the studio master. The BDP-95 supports bit-stream
output of DTS-HD Master Audio. It can also internally decode DTS-HD Master Audio and output via HDMI or the 7.1ch analog
audio output terminals. (DTS-HD High Resolution Audio and DTS Digital Surround are also supported.)

Note - Although the BDP-95 shares the same playback platform as the BDP-93, it is designed from the ground up with a
different chassis and many different components optimized for the analog audio performance. For this reason it is not
possible to upgrade a BDP-93 to gain the BDP-95's enhanced audio performance by replacing parts.

Diversified Media Support:

Blu-ray Disc - The high definition Blu-ray Disc™ format provides pristine video and audio quality for your home
entertainment.

Fortæller du mig, at 751 "kun" er en Oppo 93?

Hej

meget ens.

Citat fra NuForce hjemmeside:

The best Blu-ray players that also perform as world-class music players!

NuForce BDP-93 Edition MSRP $899.00
- The best all-rounded Blu-ray player with a seductive Class-A Triode sound signature. Musical, warm and smooth sounding.
Upgradable to Xtreme Edition for $400.
NuForce BDP-93 Xtreme Edition MSRP $1399.00
- Technologically sophisticated with unique asynchronous clocking VCXO. Provides superior high-end sound: powerful bass,
robust mids, extended high, very revealing and detail presentation, wide and precise sound stage.
(available May, 2011)
- All NuForce Blu-ray players are based on OPPO's players. These NuForce Edition players are sold by NuForce only.
- Note that all Blu-ray transports are noisier than the transport in a high-end CD player such as NuForce CDP-8.

Extracting high-quality audio from Blu-ray players can be problematic in that the HDMI signal format interleaves video and
audio data into a single transmission medium. While a convenient means of transferring A/V data between components, the
process of combining these signals invariably imparts a level of digital jitter to the audio data sometimes as high as seven
nanoseconds. For the purpose of comparison, a good CD player's jitter specification is in the picosecond range, i.e., three
orders of magnitude less. In practical terms, it is difficult to decode HDMI audio without employing extensive re-clocking
circuits, thus inflating the cost of a good HDMI audio pre-processor.
The simplest, most cost-effective way of dealing with the analog audio issue is at its source. And this is what we have
accomplished in the NuForce BDP-93NE and BDP-93NXE. By replacing the analog output circuit board with a proprietary
design, the 93NE and 93NXE delivers the highest possible levels of the natural, beautiful sound that has long since established
NuForce’s enviable reputation. We’ve every confidence you'll agree that the NuForce BDP-93 Xtreme Edition equals or
exceeds the performance of the world’s best digital audio disc players.
NuForce BDP-93 Edition player (MSRP $899) and 93NE upgrade board (MSRP $400) features:
All 8-channels have been re-engineered to deliver ultimate audio performance.
Onboard linear processing circuitry delivers highly regulated and filtered DC power to all analog output stages for lowest
noise and distortion performance.
output stage designed to avoid the need for a signal-degrading muting circuitry.
Advanced analog filters eliminate phase shifting within the audible bands.
High performance op-amps for a warm, vibrant, seductive sound.
The 93NE board's sonic goal was for 12AX7-type triode characteristics without tubes.

NuForce BDP-93 Xtreme Edition (MSRP $1399) and 93NXE upgrade board (MSRP $900) offer all the features of 93NE plus:
A sophisticated clocking scheme to suppress jitter for all eight channels. An ultra-stable VCXO generates an audio clock that
is completely asynchronous from the transport's clock. The result is a theoretical jitter specification of < 3ps (RMS)(PCM data
only) – jitter so low that our test equipment cannot measure it.

Jitter spectrum plot:

DIY customers can purchase NuForce Xtreme Edition analog boards (sold separately) to upgrade standard Oppo BDP-93
players.

Q. Do the prices on the website include VAT (tax)?

A. All prices shown on the website are NET (without tax). VAT @ 20% is added at checkout for all orders inside the EU. If you are ordering from a country outside the EU your order is exempt from tax and will be zero rated.

fra ktradio (København)
Oppo - BDP-95 kodefri på DVD 9.499,00 Kr.
