Får man den for en el. andet teknisk løsning el. et smart design, når man kikker på de produkter der får priseren er det nogen gange lidt svært at tro at det er på ren lyd og billedkvalitet.

Så, kan man bruge det til noget?

EISA is the largest editorial multimedia organization in Europe, with a membership of 52 Audio, Mobile Electronics, Video and Photo magazines drawn from 18 European countries.

In June every year, all EISA member magazines come together in a European city for the most important meeting in the year: the election of the European Awards. From all products introduced during the preceding twelve months, each panel must choose the best equipment in each category.

As an organisation populated by journalists, EISA moves with the times, continually observing the state of the art and adjusting its Awards categories to reflect the latest developments. This year, in addition to highlighting the ‘best of breed’ offerings in photographic, audio, home theatre, video and mobile electronics, EISA has elected Europe’s first Green TV of the Year with the help of prof. dr. ir. Ab Stevels (Professor of Design for Sustainability) and dr. Casper Boks at Delft University of Technology in the Netherlands. 

In 2005 EISA has also created two new awards to recognize the ultra-fast convergence between information technology and traditional media formats: European Media Phone of the Year and European Network Player of the Year. Read the full list of latest awards here.
