Já, det er også tiltrængt. For et par uger siden var jeg glad for at jeg havde en gammeldaws CD-spille. Vi havde gæster, og jeg havde tænkt mig at vi kunne bruge Duet'ten til baggrundsmusik. Men nej, jeg lavede gentagne system-setups fra scratch, men det hjalp ikke. Den nægtede at finde playeren. Jeg havde ellers tænkt mig at skulle vise systemet til vores gæster, men de var jo mildt sagt ikke imponeret. Så Logitech mistede en kunde den aften ...

Jeg har lige opdateret fra 6,5 til 7,3 det er da nok vældig fikst og ser da også mere brugervenlig ud, men øh hvor blev funktionen nu af der hedder gemte playlists?

Anyway, jeg har opdateret mit system og ikke fundet nævneværdige problemer, so far. Som altid har de fået fixet en del bugs, samt puttet ny funktionalitet in i softwaren. Her er hele listen (fra ver. 7.2.1 -> 7.3):

• Platform support:
• New Slim::Utils::OS classes allow for simplified SqueezeCenter customizing and platform support. See the wiki article about Slim::Utils::OS::Custom for details.
• Improved detection of initial server settings like music source, iTunes integration etc.
• Significantly reduce memory consumption of the scanner
• More memory and performance optimizations for low power platforms.
• Enable unattended installation on Windows
• SqueezeCenter log files are rotated when they grow beyond 100MB (Windows/OSX)


• Synchronization & Streaming:
• Gapless synchronization (but not for SliMP3 or SB1)
• Crossfade with synchronization
• Mid-track join, when a new player joins a sync-group, by restarting all players in a sync-group at the current playing position (for stream sources that support this)
• Gapless play (well almost) on SliMP3 (but not when synced)
• Share bandwidth and support proper synced play of remote MMS/WMA streams, including Sirius.
• Share bandwidth when playing synced Rhapsody.
• Removed Rhapsody stream limit for synced players. Each sync group now counts as one stream.


• Internet Radio:
• Re-organized Internet Radio menu to make it easier to find radio stations.

Det vil jeg så også mene, men det gør de ik, der står bare en række funktioner fra 1 til 13, og jeg kan bare ik få dem frem lige meget hvad jeg gør!
